We all know Chamomile as good in the evening for sleep. What we don’t know is that there were actually studies that revealed this plant, due to a chemical compound that acts as a mild tranquilizer, if taken 45-6- minutes before bed induces a quick sleep and can even improve sleep quality.

Also, chamomile has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and helps with intestinal ailments. The properties of chamomile, however, do not end there. Chamomile is also successfully used externally – on the face, hair and even eyes.
